a) At finalisation of the tenant agreement, before moving into the student accommodation, I have to pay an interest-free deposit which will be repaid after moving out under consideration of all obligations of the tenant agreement.

b) The period of residence in Deggendorfer Studentenviertel (Schachinger Weg 6-12) is limited because of the necessity to provide accommodation to as many students as possible (rotation principle).

c) Personal data collected by the property management in this application form is needed to process my application. If the requested data is not provided in a complete state processing of the application will not be possible. Missing data and attachments have to be handed in as soon as possible. I note that a complete data collection (self-disclosure) acc. “Datenschutz-Grundverordnung” (DSGVO) can not be required. Though the truthful and complete information is made a condition for possible renting to me.

d) According to §15 DSGVO you are entitled at any time to ask the contract partner „Deggendorfer Studentenviertel Aumeier-Wagner, Schachinger Weg 10, 94469 Deggendorf“ (contract partner) for extensive order placement regarding the personal data you have stored. According to §17 DSGVO you can also demand the revocation, deletion and blocking of individual personal data from the contract partner at any time. In addition, you can make use of your right of withdrawal at any time without stating reasons and modify or revoke the given declaration of consent with effect for the future. You can submit the cancellation either by post, by e-mail or by fax to the contract partner. You will incur no other costs than the postage costs or the transmission costs according to the existing base rates.
