Because of public subsidies the rental rates are below market level. The monthly rent for a furnished single apartment of 18.5m² living area amounts to EUR 178.00 plus a lump-sum for bills of EUR 117.00 (including costs for electricity and internet). Since the rent is calculated based on the living space, the values ​​for single and shared rooms are identical. The one-time deposit is 400 euros.

There are two basement car parks with a total of 55 parking spaces. The monthly rate per parking space amounts to EUR 25.25.
